Creating content can seem overwhelming 🤯
This time, I have multiple insights into my unique content creation process.
This particular process is made for creating Instagram videos, but can be used for different types of content if needed 🤗

Here’s my process of content creation⤵️
First, I gather all ideas and create a content strategy with all copies included – I do this in ClickUp.

A great tool for content creation
After you have a clear vision of what your content should represent, it’s time to create videos⬇️
I usually set aside about 2-3 hours for filming. This is mainly because I would get bored and overwhelmed after doing more than that 😁
I have a clear vision for each piece of content and write it down in the Structured app. This way I can tick the finished video as I go.
➡️I usually do 5-7 videos depending on what type of video it is. I make sure to shoot B-rolls as I get ready or in between filming.
After shooting is done, I make sure to tag (add to favourite photos) the videos I want to use (I don’t delete anything 😁). I also adjust colouring and light if needed 🤗
Later that day, or when I’m ready, I set aside one hour for editing and scheduling.
I make sure to edit all of the videos according to my notes and schedule them in the app (in this case Instagram).
I usually already have my covers ready from Canva and I add them instantly so I can see them in draft organised.
When all of this is done, I go into my content calendar and tag all the content that is done. This helps me keep organised and gives me an idea of the work/content I still need to do for my social media.
Top tips for creating videos⤵️
➡️ Make sure you have good lighting and the video is of good quality.
➡️Always upload 1080p 30fps (Instagram won’t process 4k).
➡️Don’t worry if the actual video is not perfect – it’s so important to be authentic and let your personality shine through.
➡️ Provide value – make sure you provide value within the video (whether it’s text or talking video) – include an engaging hook to capture audiences’ attention 🙏
At the end of the day, it’s about you and your personal brand. Don’t be afraid to experiment with a different type of content and don’t let others tell you what you can or can’t do. Find what works for you and stick to it 😍
